Help us to raise money for 2014 Jeans for Genes Day on Friday 19th September. Get silly in your skinnies, fool around in your flairs, or simply come to nursery in your denim. The more fun we have the more money we can raise for thousands of children across the UK with genetic disorders.
We have introduced a new and exciting way to record your child’s learning journey whilst at nursery. 2 Build a profile will enable us to do this in the best way possible by providing accurate records and capturing special moments in your child’s life.
We will be able to gather observations of each child and track their progress and each stage of development by capturing your child’s moments and tagging the objectives and outcomes from the EYFS.
If you have not already given your permission for your child to take part, please speak to nursery manager. If you have received an email from 2 Build a profile, please open the link and accept in order for us to start sharing your child’s profile with you at home.

We will be holding our annual Summer Fayre on the following dates.
Telford – Saturday 14th June 12.00 – 3.00pm
Norton Canes – Saturday 28th June 12.00-2.30pm
Stafford – Saturday 12th July 11.00-2.30pm
We are kindly asking for donations of raffle prizes and bottles for our tombola. Any help with this, as always will be greatly appreciated. If any local employers would like to donate we will add their name to our hall of fame and mention them on our website. All money raised will be donated to our chosen charity for 2014.

This year we will be supporting Sport Relief 2014 by doing a sponsored family walk on Saturday 22nd March.
Norton Canes – We will be meeting at Marquis Drive Visitors Centre, Cannock Chase at 10.15am.
Stafford – We will be meeting at 10.15am at Stafford Castle.
Telford – We will be meeting at nursery 10.45am to walk to Apley Woods.
Please try and join us to raise as much money as possible for Sport Relief . Please return your sponsorship forms and money to nursery by Monday 24th March. Everyone welcome to join in the fun.
Don’t worry if you cannot make the walk, we will be doing lots of activities in nursery throughout next week and collecting money along the way.

Its world book day on Thursday 6th March so please bring your child to nursery dressed as their favourite book character. We will be doing lots of fun and themed activities to promote books and don’t forget to use your £1 book token. We are set to have a great day.
A very big Thank you to PC Birkin, Nico (German Shepherd) and Fin (Springer Spaniel) from Staffordshire police for coming along to our Stafford Nursery to give a presentation on how the police dogs work and support our community. The children had a wonderful experience and enjoyed watching the dog display.
