Chinese New Year Celebrations

The Children are gearing up for Chinese New Year 10th February –There are lots of activities going on next week including  Badgers and Foxes making puppet snakes to celebrate the Year of the Snake. There will also be Chinese food tasting throughout the week.

On Friday we will celebrate with a special lunch:

Lunch:   Singapore chicken, noodles with prawn crackers and spring rolls

Pudding:   Hong Kong style Egg Tarts

February Half Term Holiday Club

We are now taking bookings for our ‘Holiday Club’ in February Half Term. We already have some  places taken so availability will be limited. Last February we were over subscribed, so please book as early as you can to avoid disappointment.

 

 

Snow Update

10.40am – We plan on staying open as usual but please give yourself plenty of time to collect your children. If you are delayed or want to collect your child early please let us know.

Snow Update

Severe snow has been forecast overnight for Friday 18th January. All nurseries will be open as usual and we will update this news page should the snow fall threaten to close the nursery. This decision will take into account the safety of the children, their parents and the staff team. In the event of a planned closure during the nursery day we will contact all parents to arrange for collection of their child.

Happy New Year to everyone from all the Staff at Honeybuns. We are really excited about 2013 and welcome back, we hope you had a great Christmas!

Fairwell to Mave

Children and staff are saying a fond farewell to Mave at our Telford Nursery. After many years of dedication to the children Mave is putting her feet up and looking forward to her retirement. Good luck Mave…..you will be missed by us all!
